Frank has been on staff at Coast Hills for the last 21 years as the Director of IT. He is a graduate of Biola University and a father of 3 daughters and 5 grandkids. His passion has been in both the tech industry and medical field.

Frank has often referred to himself as a "Levite" since God has placed the calling on his heart to take care of the Church Building. He often travels to assist with technical needs all over the country and truly, no one  knows if and when Frank actually sleeps.
