Invest Eternally

This week, continuing in "The Great Pursuit" series, outlining our vision and mission as a church—Pastor Jason Huffman teaches on the "I" in our LIFE Acronym. "I" is to "Invest Eternally with Hope and Purpose." The Bible speaks in significant ways about how we invest. Jesus instructs us to invest in heaven, focusing our treasure and our hearts on what will last beyond this lifetime. Our investments of time, talent, and treasure reflect our relationship with God, and when our hearts are set on temporal treasures, it is clear that we are not in right relationship with our Lord. Just as the boy in John 6 gave his lunch and Jesus multiplied it—so we can trust that God will take what we give back to Him and multiply it for His glory and kingdom.
